We are dedicated to exposing how private insurers, Medicaid CMOs, and Medicare Advantage undermine healthcare quality and accessibility – especially in rural communities. We analyze financial data and patient outcomes to understand how low reimbursement rates and delayed payments from insurers contribute to the closure of rural hospitals, affecting access to care in underserved communities.Patient Care Analysis. Examining cases where insurance policies have led to denied or delayed treatments, we highlight the human cost of bureaucratic obstacles imposed by insurers.Provider Surveys. Gathering insights from medical providers, we document the administrative burdens and financial pressures they face due to complex insurance requirements and unfair contractual terms.
